Solico Group built Central Asia's first milk refinery. SoFood applies that same innovation capacity to meat and protein production serving as the Group's regional innovation center. We develop formulations tailored to Middle Eastern tastes and engineer supply chains that enhance freshness. We're not replicating what exists. We're building what's needed next.

Equipped with advanced European technologies across a 5,000 m² site, we deploy a modular design that allows rapid entry into new food categories with minimal disruption.

With an initial capacity of up to 40 tons per day, SoFood's output is backed by ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, and Dubai Municipality Grade A certifications and the highest quality ingredients.
